St. Marys Principal
Congratulations to the Junior B Team, who beat off some stiff competition to take home the plaque at the Diocesan Soccer Blitz on Friday 7th June.
Junior and Senior Infants and 1st Class had a wonderful time at Ravenwood on Thursday. They searched for mini-beasts and aqua-beasts using nets and pooters. They caught lots of interesting creatures and identified them using the identification charts. Grasshoppers, butterflies, water scorpions, damselfly nymphs and baby stickleback fish were just some of the creatures examined and released back into their habitat. The children finished off with a ‘paddle’ at Curracloe Beach. A really fun day!
